• We keep your data in the UK (London).
• We use your email only to sign you in and to run your account.
• Documents you upload are safety-checked and stored privately for your account. Home Report findings link back to the stored source pages.
• We never use your documents to train AI models unless you opt in.
• You can ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted.

Launch waitlist

• If you join the waitlist, we ask only for your email address. We use it to confirm your sign-up and to tell you about the launch and early access.
• We rely on your consent. You confirm by clicking the link in our first email, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send.
• Your address is held by our email provider, Brevo, on servers in the EU. It is not added to the PropInfoPack service itself.
• If you unsubscribe, we keep only your address on a do-not-contact list so we don’t email you again.
